Another soft cheese often used with Gruyere, as they complement each other in flavor.
Emmental is smooth, firm and instantly recognizable thanks to its holes. This candle is pretty much identical to a piece of Emmental, but be careful not to confuse it and eat it!
And why not decorate the table with a platter of candle cheese pieces, with of course sweet or salted butter or churned butter for connoisseurs!
